Fellow Board Members,
our application for sfcb’s roadworks has been accepted.
I will send a call for participation out to the members’ listserv by this evening.
If you want to give a talk, let me know asap, before the cutoff time. I think board members should get a priority on this one, but we do have a limit on the number of participants we can take.

I am thinking of three 90 minute sessions. This will allow for 14, five minute talks each session, one minute in between each talk, and five minutes to change over the moderators between each session. A maximum of 42 talks. It is okay if we have less than this.

The event is Sunday Sept 27 from 11am to 4pm.

We will need six moderators. One to time keep. One to facilitate the artwork viewing via the website portfolios, for each session.
Moderators thus far include: Kate, Sue, Karen, Summer
We have two maybe moderators: Nikki and Nanette
We could use a few more moderators including alternates.
