Hi Board, Just want to state that Harry Howe at the PCA has scheduled us for November of 2022. Because of the present early timing, and because of the uncertainty surrounding their issues with the city Harry didn’t want to yet take a deposit. He said he expects resolution between November of this year and the first of next. And will take a deposit at that time. So I think we are good with 2022 for the moment.
