Bob is getting ready to post the journal . . .

We still have quite a few, 40+ unpaid artist and student members. I have sent another reminder to theses folks this morning.
Most of the institutional and Supporting members have not yet renewed for 2022.

So my question is: Do we want to continue to send the journal to non-renewing members?

We have done this the last few years that I know of, and there are good reasons, but it is a large number of non-renewals this time around, and thus I think it deserves your attention again.
