fellow board members,

for the radius exhibition, two of the applications were by members two years past current, as in no longer active members. I notified both. One paid for both this year and last, and one paid for only this year.

I explained the three year rule to the one who paid only for this year. This person claims to have paid for last year, but has yet to forward me that evidence, probably because they don’t have it.

Now, the jurying is complete, and this unpaid person has been accepted to the exhibition.

I have told both Ann and Margaret that this needs resolving before we can move forward to complete the process. It has been more than 24 hours and no response from unpaid person.

How would you like for me to proceed? It sounds like Ann would like to be able to send out the contracts etc. soon.
