Dear Maryly and Board. I have read all the revised bylaws.

Everything looks good. I have two questions:

Student Membership
Item 3. “prove annually”
Who does this? and is it stated clearly in the letter sent to accepted student members?

Sect B Board of Directors Meetings
Item 2. “meetings open to membership”
I have forgotten, but we announce these meetings through list serve?
