Yes, students have to prove they are students every time they pay their dues.
When they are no longer students, do they automatically become regular artist members? Or do they have to apply again? I don’t recall ever discussing this. I would expect they automatically become regular artist members, paying the full fee.

The board meetings are, by bylaws, open to any interested members. We should announce the meetings at least a day before.
