Why can only a member of the board request to be notified by mail?
What about our aging and much older membership?

This reaffirms my strongly held position that the board should have time to see proposals in writing, discuss it among themselves before moving forward.

I emphatically vote NO. Mostly because of procedure. Also for the reason stated above.

The board approved the last version of the revised bylaws. Let that go through.
Table any proposed changes for the next group to tackle. This is too rushed with no meeting.
