A reminder to everyone, the Annual Meeting is primarily meant for members to vote for their board and mingle with other members, of course there are no new Board Members until they are elected by the attending membership.

Maryly, I haven’t had a chance to develop the meeting agenda or PowerPoint yet, so I don’t know at what time the election will take place.

However I plan to announce all declared candidates before the break with a little bio, so members would have the chance to mingle & get to know the candidates during the lunch.

The plan is to have sandwiches or pasta salads and such to avoid splitting off to different locations.

I will be holding the vote at the end of our meeting, following a review of the state of affairs and as a way to handoff to new management.

Of course you can spirit them all away as often as you like after they have been elected and the membership attendees have had time to meet them.

Just a few more days of tyranny left and I’ll soon be out of the way!

Many have not met each other.

If the annual meeting ends by 1 pm, that would leave 2 hours for lunch.

Khana Peena is right down the street. Ohgane, probably better, a bit further away.
I’m sure there are other places too.

CSP traditionally pays for lunch for the first board meeting, a meet and greet.

Helene, do you have any idea how long the meeting will take?
Zach is bringing food. Is it food for before the meeting or after the meeting?

Maybe it will be easier to organize a luncheon a week or two later, but May 25
is when everyone will be travelling to Oakland for the annual meeting.

Dinner after the Bridge reception would make it a really long day!
