There is one last item we voted on but did not execute before my departure from the Board. At the last meeting we agreed (not unanimously but with a majority vote) to give a $100 art supply gift card to Luz for all her hard work and dedication to CSP these last few years. Never quite got around to it. I assumed Luz would be at the meeting and planned on giving it to her then, turns out she was going to be out of town for the meeting.

I happen to have a $50 gift card to the very store she named as being her preference “Artist & Craftsman Supply”. Since I prefer to buy my wooden panels at Blick’s, to make things easier I propose sending her this $50 card instead. If you agree I will take care of mailing it to her and would expense the $50 to CSP and you save $50.
