Hi Dan and the board,
We DO need to have a couple of people review the proposed revised CSP bylaws. The bylaws have been revised, reviewed, and approved by last years’ board, but never submitted to the CSP membership prior to a vote at the annual meeting (in large part because of Luz Marina’s unexpected resignation and her refusal or inability to follow through). So they are sitting in limbo.

They could be reviewed as part of the strategic planning process, or as a follow up to the strategic plan process.

In any case, they should go on a future agenda.

Perhaps Ginger and Carrie Ann could weigh in on the timing.

I’ve attached the latest draft version, just in case I haven’t sent it before.
In any case, the proposed revised bylaws should be tabled until later on in your administration, perhaps early in 2019.
