I am looking at CSP’s paypal account this minute and do not see evidence of this scam.

I think that Kim’s assessment is correct as Carlos did pay his dues today. As have many of you.

If you are concerned about your own paypal accounts you can log in and check out your payments. If there is an unauthorized payment on your account you should let paypal know asap.
