I have absolutely had it with Graphic Chemical. I don’t even know if they are in business anymore. I had exactly the same experience a few years ago – they would not return my calls or emails – and I kicked
into high gear, calling them twice a day at the two numbers I had for them, it was absurd. I ended up contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge. I’ll never work with them again, which is too bad because I like most of their products and have
had a hard time finding substitutes.

Graphic Chemical's customer service - and their shipping, have been on a pretty rapid decline for a while, at least in my experience. You're not the first I've heard that's lost money and never heard from
them. I'm sorry I'm not any help, except to say this is becoming the norm for them.
Hey folks,
Have any of you had dealings with Graphic Chemical and Ink? They are not responding to my calls and emails about a shipment of silkscreen inks that were never delivered to me. That’s about $125 that I can’t
recoup. There’s still time for them to put in a claim with UPS, but I’ve heard nothing from them after requesting that they do so.
Any help would be appreciated.
