“Perception of Place: Works from the the California Society of Printmakers and MPC Printmakers” opens this Friday, Sept. 6 at the Pacific Grove Art Center, 568 Lighthouse Ave., Pacific Grove, CA.

This juried exhibit is comprised of 64 original works of contemporary fine art printmaking from over 50 artists. Both traditional and experimental printmaking techniques are represented in the exhibited prints. Works range from representational to abstract; including both two and three dimensional pieces. Each artist interpreted the exhibit theme in their unique printmaking style resulting in an exciting, thought-provoking show.
