• Don't forget to drop off your artwork, or have a friend or fellow artist drop off your work on Saturday March 14th between 11am and 1pm at the Piedmont Center for the Arts, 801 Magnolia Avenue, Piedmont. Installation will take place that afternoon, so all work must be delivered by 1pm. Unfortunately work that is not delivered on Saturday can not be included in the exhibition so please remember to drop off your work or find someone who can drop if off for you.

• We still desperately need gallery sitters. Unfortunately if we do not have gallery sitters during the open hours, then the exhibition will not be on view to the public. Please remember that CSP is a 100% volunteer organization and the exhibitions and other opportunities that CSP provides are only possible because members participate to make them happen. The more that members are able to volunteer and help out, the more opportunities we are able to create for our community. Please see gallery sitting hours needed at the bottom of this message. You can volunteer for one 2.5 hour timeslot, or you can volunteer for a four hour block from 11-3pm. Email xxxxxx@yahoo.com to sign up.

•A few people have volunteered to help install the exhibition, but this is a big show with 80 prints and it is going to take a lot of time, thought and effort to install it and to install it so that it looks good. It would be really helpful to have a few more volunteers.

• OPENING RECEPTION CANCELLED - Due to corona virus related concerns about large gatherings of people, the board has voted to cancel the opening reception that had been scheduled for March 20th. The exhibition will still be on view during weekend gallery hours (if some people volunteer to gallery sit) and the April 4th closing reception is still scheduled to take place.
