For the sake of clarity I am re-posting the message from CSP president Dan Harrison with a new subject line, to make sure that the information does not get lost to anyone in this long email discussion:

"Hello membership,
As per a majority vote among CSP board members we have chosen to continue with the installation of this exhibition as planned.  Until further notice we are planning a closing reception on April 4, please stay tuned for details and or updates."

• Artwork delivery is still tomorrow 11am -1pm at the Piedmont Center for the Arts, 801 Magnolia Avenue, Piedmont. Installation will take place that afternoon, so all work must be delivered by 1pm. Unfortunately work that is not delivered on Saturday can not be included in the exhibition so please remember to drop off your work or find someone who can drop it off for you.

• All members should respect their own health situation and health concerns when making a decision about whether or not to participate. For those members who do want the exhibition to move forward and who do feel comfortable volunteering, gallery sitters are still needed for the open gallery hours.
