Does anyone have experience in the technique of steel facing copper plates for intaglio. I have all the equipment and the materials and a basic knowledge of how to proceed, but would like to find someone with some expertise who can make it easier for me than just hit or miss experimentation. I have tried it before with some very limited success, but it has been awhile and the success was not even.
