There is a big snag: neither UPS nor Fed Ex will do return labels anymore
UNLESS you also send the item through them.

Just learned this today, and emailed Bruce and Joanna for two proposed
delivery options.

I hope to hear back soon! However, Joanna is in Italy, so it could be a couple of days.
