Our current bylaws state that we must send a copy of the ballot two weeks prior to the annual meeting by U.S. Mail. I don’t believe the board has the power to change the bylaws willy-nilly. So we are supposed to mail out the ballot and the proposed bylaws revision two weeks in advance of the annual meeting. A brief cover letter reminding everyone of the annual meeting would be gracious. But I suspect the mood has been to just email the proposed bylaws. If so, we should also email the proposed ballot.

Here is the current and final state of the proposed CSP bylaws revision. You might also have received a copy of it from Google Drive earlier today. This, however, is the correct and final proposed version:

Actually, let’s put the proposed bylaws on our website and direct people to the proposed! The old ones can remain on our website until the vote at the annual meeting. Cynthia, please let me or Helene know when the proposed bylaws are on the website.

We also need to send out a proposed ballot, so I drafted one. I’m not sure who is continuing as Publications. I don’t know who is a current and active At-Large member nor who wants to run/volunteer. Madam President, please put out a call for volunteers.
